I used these on my 1999 Saab 9-5 but unfortunately I am seeking a replacement claim from GE. Both of these bulbs burned out after 4 months! The light was whiter but was not brighter at all. I’m sticking with the $7 OEM bulbs.

If you do rural driving this is virtually a must upgrade improves both the length and with of the beam.

Put one on each side new one to compare against the old one and there was no visible difference in color or brightness. Slightly disappointed but for the price after rebate it wasn’t a costly attempt at more light (I guess I should be happy that the stock bulbs were “so bright”. If I was to do it again I would buy the non-sport version to try to get more light.

My BMW uses halogen daylight running lights that are high beam but dimmed for daylight use, and only used as warning full high beams when the Xenon main headlights are off. The dimmed appearance of the regular bulbs is very yellow, and with these Nighthawk bulbs they look much whiter and brighter without blinding anyone.

I would not have spent $50 on a pair, but the 2 for 1 sale made it worthwhile. The sale is on again as I write the review, just watch out that the discount actually appears on your final invoice, I had to get customer service to refund me the second one.

These bulbs works okay on my Legacy. I thought it would make a big different, but in reality, they’re not great. The light is whiter and a even a bit of blue, but it is not brighter nor does it project further. I think I’ll just buy OEM next time I need a replacement.
